Estimator – Telecom

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for telecom and ELV projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Analyze tender documents and identify scope, risks, and cost factors
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost comparisons
• Maintain updated cost databases and historical project data
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams during estimation and execution stages

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Telecommunications / Electrical or related field)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in telecom estimation within Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure (Fiber Optics, OSP/ISP, Structured Cabling, ELV systems)
• Experience in tendering and cost estimation for telecom projects
• Familiarity with Saudi telecom standards and authority requirements
• Bilingual:
  English mandatory;
  Arabic is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools
• Transferable Iqama preferred
