• Design and deliver landscape and public realm engineering solutions aligned with project objectives and local regulations
• Develop detailed landscape layouts, technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD and related design tools
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and infrastructure teams to integrate landscape elements into overall project designs
• Conduct site assessments, environmental studies, and feasibility reviews to inform design decisions
• Oversee construction and implementation of landscape works to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to design intent
• Apply sustainable landscaping practices, including water-efficient systems and native plant selection suitable for Saudi climate conditions
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance with Riyadh urban planning standards
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to support timely and cost-effective delivery
• Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical or site-related issues during execution
• Stay updated on landscape engineering innovations, public realm trends, and sustainability best practices

• Bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in landscape engineering and public realm projects
• Proven experience delivering large-scale urban, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments in the Middle East

• Strong expertise in landscape and public realm design, detailing, and construction supervision
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and landscape design software
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscaping, urban design principles, and environmental considerations
• Solid project management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
