Industrial Electrical Supervisor- Greenland Group

Greenland Group is looking for Industrial Electrical Supervisor

• Team Management & Scheduling: Assign daily tasks, evaluate performance, and lead on-the-job training for staff.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, and respond to electrical breakdowns to keep production lines running efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety regulations (OSHA, local codes) and ensure lockout/tagout procedures are strictly followed.
• Project & Budget Oversight: Interpret schematics, estimate material costs, manage inventory, and procure spare parts.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate logbooks, document equipment failures, and report project progress to plant managers.

• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Skills Required: Supervision, Electrical Engineering, Monitoring and Supervision, Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Supervisory Skills

• At least 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
