• Oversee project progress across all lifecycle stages—concept, design, procurement, and execution
• Analyze architectural and engineering plans to validate alignment with cost projections
• Evaluate procurement methods, construction strategies, and their effectiveness in value optimization
• Ensure feasibility and strategic alignment of project frameworks with delivery objectives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain cohesion between design and execution
• Monitor implementation on‑site to confirm adherence to design intent and quality benchmarks
• Work closely with cost and technical consultants to refine project documentation
• Recommend strategic improvements for project methodology and value engineering

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Cost Management
• 20 years of project management experience in property development or real estate
• Strong technical knowledge of project lifecycle processes in the built environment
• Proven success managing complex, large‑scale developments in the GCC region
• Skilled in interpreting detailed design and construction data to influence decisions
• Fluent in stakeholder coordination, reporting, and strategic execution planning
