Estimator, Engineering, Civil Engineering

JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for various projects, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure the financial viability of projects. This role plays a critical part in supporting project planning and budgeting activities, contributing to the successful delivery of projects aligned with JASARA PMC’s mission and Vision 2030 initiatives.

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather relevant information.
• Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and equipment.
• Update and maintain cost databases and standard estimating procedures.
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
• Provide cost-related input during project reviews and meetings.
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation in construction or related industries.

• Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
  Fluency in English;
  Arabic language skills are a plus.
