• Support delivery of cost management services across all project lifecycle stages and sectors
• Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with clear reporting
• Apply value management techniques during early planning and design stages
• Support estimating and cost planning activities to develop final cost plans
• Participate in procurement processes including tender analysis, evaluation, and contract preparation
• Prepare contract documentation and support management of variations in line with contract terms
• Assist with cost control, financial reporting, and monthly commercial reviews
• Collaborate with cost consultants and project teams to maintain cost certainty
• Support mentoring of junior team members and contribute to net zero carbon initiatives
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent qualification
• Professional membership such as MRICS or working toward an equivalent
• Essential experience working in the Middle East on infrastructure or aviation projects
• Understanding of procurement strategies, cost planning, and contract administration
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
