• Support implementation of SH and E programs across project sites
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Identify hazards and provide recommendations to mitigate safety risks
• Prepare and submit audit reports, inspection findings, and compliance documentation
• Monitor project planning and performance to ensure alignment with safety management systems
• Implement incident reporting and investigation processes
• Analyze trends from audits, inspections, and incidents and prepare reports
• Assist with onboarding and safety orientation for new employees
• Deliver safety training and maintain training records
• Participate in safety briefings and promote safe work practices on site
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders on safety matters

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety roles
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and reporting procedures
• Familiarity with safety standards such as ANSI and NFPA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in construction or infrastructure environments
