• Learn and understand various types of contracts, shareholder structure, etc.
• Learn about engineering methodology, process flow of documentation and deliverables for a project and assist in the same.
• Gain exposure to project planning and scheduling concepts and assist in the same.
• Learn about project management principles and participate in project management activities.
• Learn and contribute towards company s HSE commitments.
• Learn about various stages of the project and participate in the same.

• Learn about plant performance management strategies.
• Support in monitoring and optimisation of operational asset performance.
• Gain an understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning activities.
• Maintain asset records, maintenance data and technical documentation.
• Support implementation of asset integrity and reliability programs.
• Learn about risk management and contribute towards the same.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Energy, or related discipline).
• Recent graduate or up to 1-2 years of internship/work experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, project management, and asset lifecycle concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with engineering software, ERP systems, or maintenance management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
