We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead stakeholder engagement and coordination for large-scale infrastructure design projects in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for managing relationships with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy for infrastructure design projects.
  • Identify, map, and prioritize key stakeholders including government entities (e.g., municipalities, utilities), clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and collaboration.
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders
    .
  • Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication of project objectives, timelines, and design changes.
Regulatory & Authority Approvals
  • Manage the process of obtaining design approvals, permits, and NOCs from relevant authorities in Riyadh.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, Saudi codes, and standards

  • Track approval timelines and proactively resolve issues or delays.
Design Interface Management
  • Coordinate with civil design teams to align project requirements with stakeholder expectations.
  • Review design submissions from a stakeholder perspective and ensure necessary inputs are incorporated.
Qualifications & Experience Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree in Engineering / Project Management is a plus.
Experience
  • 8–15 years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, urban development, etc.).
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management for design or pre-construction phases
    .
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region is highly preferred.
