The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for leading the design process, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with project requirements. The role involves coordination across disciplines and supporting project delivery through strong engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design development and review engineering drawings
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues
- Support value engineering and design optimization
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline)
- 8+ years of experience in design within construction/real estate projects
- Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with large-scale developments
- Proficiency in relevant design software
