• Develop, review, and approve structural designs in compliance with Saudi and international building codes
• Perform advanced structural analysis and calculations using 3D modeling and design software
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate structural solutions
• Conduct site inspections to assess existing structures and monitor construction activities
• Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation
• Recommend innovative and cost-effective structural systems to optimize project outcomes
• Participate in project planning meetings and provide expert structural engineering advice
• Support mentoring and technical development of junior engineers
• Stay updated on evolving engineering standards, technologies, and best practices

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent international certification
• Minimum 15 years of experience in structural design, construction, and commissioning of large-scale developments
• Proven experience working on major buildings or complex infrastructure projects

• Strong expertise in structural analysis, modeling, and design software
• Proficiency with BIM, Micro Station, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Code and international standards
• Solid understanding of asset management principles related to structural systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities in multidisciplinary environments
