- Learn and perform a variety of industrial engineering tasks by applying basic engineering techniques and analytical methods
- Participate in a structured rotational program that may include exposure to project controls, procurement, construction management, and engineering disciplines
- Support assigned teams with data collection, basic analysis, documentation, and coordination tasks
- Utilize technical manuals, procedures, and directives to ensure compliance with applicable codes and company policies
- Develop familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and internal processes
- Assist with preparation of basic reports, logs, and documentation under supervision
- Support day‑to‑day engineering and project activities as assigned
- Perform additional responsibilities aligned with training objectives and project needs
- Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program at an accredited college or university
- Completion of typically 3 or more years of the industrial engineering curriculum
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
