- Oversee on‑site construction activities for wet utilities including potable water, firefighting systems, stormwater drainage, sewage, and irrigation networks
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, method statements, and project technical specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to maintain proper sequencing and timely execution of works
- Arrange, witness, and coordinate inspections and testing such as pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, chlorination, and CCTV inspections
- Verify that materials, installation methods, and testing activities meet project quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Support identification, reporting, and close‑out of non‑conformance reports and corrective actions
- Coordinate with civil, pavement, MEP, and other utility teams to manage interfaces and avoid clashes
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and third‑party inspectors to secure approvals and inspection clearances
- Support utility diversions, connections, and tie‑ins within active or restricted airfield environments
- Prepare daily progress updates, inspection records, and testing documentation
- Support preparation of as‑built drawings and wet utilities handover documentation
- Respond to RFIs and provide technical clarifications related to wet utility works
- Ensure all activities comply with approved HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Promote safe working practices, particularly for excavations and confined space works
- Ensure compliance with airside safety rules and permit‑to‑work systems
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wet utilities engineering or site supervision roles
- Proven experience on airport, airfield, runway, or large‑scale infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge of potable water, drainage, sewage, and firefighting utility systems
- Familiarity with applicable standards and codes including AWWA, ASTM, BS, and local authority requirements
- Ability to interpret utility drawings, profiles, sections, and technical details
- Proficient in MS Office and technical reporting tools
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working within airside or operational airport environments
- Knowledge of utility authority approval processes and regulatory interfaces
- Familiarity with QA and QC documentation, inspection and test plans, and testing procedures
- Experience using document control systems such as Aconex or similar platforms
- Confined space or relevant safety certifications are an advantage
