• Lead and manage HSE teams, ensuring compliance with project safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee contractor activities across multidisciplinary construction operations.
• Implement and monitor project‑specific HSE management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor safety performance using digital reporting tools.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
• Monitor risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across project activities.
• Support reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of HSE practices.
• Act as deputy to senior leadership when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and design environments.
• Proven experience managing large Design & Build construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
