- Manage overlapping scopes across districts to avoid duplication and resolve design conflicts
- Maintain design registers, milestone trackers, and coordination documentation
- Lead design development aligned with project roadmaps and stage gate processes
- Coordinate inputs from geotechnical and specialist consultants ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and review design deliverables for stage gate submissions
- Liaise with district teams to integrate stabilization works with adjacent developments
- Oversee technical review and approval of consultant deliverables
- Support development of scopes, technical briefs, and RFPs for geotechnical services
- Coordinate with internal teams including GIS, planning, digital engineering, and delivery units
- Lead coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary design clashes
- Manage change requests and ensure timely closeout of design issues
- Ensure compliance with project standards, document control, and digital engineering systems
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design management on large infrastructure projects
- Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and risk management practices
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to manage complex interfaces across multiple project areas
- Design management and multidisciplinary coordination expertise
- Knowledge of geotechnical design and stabilization methods
- Project planning, tracking, and reporting skills
- Stakeholder communication and conflict resolution abilities
