Responsibilities
Contractor Negotiation & Finalization:
Engage in post-award negotiations with contractors to optimize costs, timelines, and scope without compromising quality. Review and finalize contracts ensuring alignment with project objectives, legal requirements, and company policies. Assess contractor capabilities, past performance, and compliance with contractual obligations. Establish clear communication channels with contractors and resolve any disputes or deviations.Project Monitoring & Execution Support:
Oversee the progress of civil works to ensure timely execution per approved plans and schedules. Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with project teams to track milestones, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions. Monitor contractor performance ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide periodic progress reports to senior management highlighting key risks and mitigation measures. Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) to ensure smooth integration of civil activities with overall project execution.Cost Control &
Risk Management:
Monitor project budgets and control costs to prevent overruns. Identify and address potential risks that may impact project timelines and financials. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
