- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, agreements, and related correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing, control, and organization of contracts, amendments, and project documentation.
- Support maintenance of contract registers, including tracking timelines, milestones, and obligations.
- Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and site teams to support contract compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants regarding contract‑related queries.
- Facilitate timely submission of contractual deliverables, approvals, and documentation.
- Assist in documenting and processing contract variations and change orders.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, revisions, and supporting documentation.
- Support monitoring of contractual impacts on project schedule, cost, and resources.
- Prepare contract reports, logs, and trackers for project management review.
- Ensure contract records, correspondence, and reports are properly updated and archived.
- Support internal and external audits related to contract compliance and documentation.
- Monitor contract requirements to ensure alignment with client and regulatory obligations.
- Assist in identifying contractual risks and escalated issues to senior contract or commercial management.
- Support review of contractual clauses, obligations, and deliverables.
- Work closely with senior contract administrators, quantity surveyors, and project teams to ensure smooth contract administration.
- Support alignment between contractual requirements and site execution activities.
- Assist with training or mentoring of junior team members when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or related roles.
- Exposure to infrastructure, airport, or airfield projects is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with contract variations, change orders, and project deliverables.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Awareness of airport or aviation project contractual requirements is an advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement and project management workflows.
