About the RoleWe are looking for a Human Resources Officer – Employee Affairs to manage and oversee all employee‑related administrative and compliance matters within the organization.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and effective coordination with government platforms and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines
- Support project planning activities and progress tracking
- Update project schedules based on site progress and project requirements
- Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates
- Coordinate with project teams to collect and verify project data
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays
- Assist in resource planning and workload allocation
- Maintain planning documentation and project records
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in Project Planning or Construction Projects
- Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling principles and planning methodologies
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
