We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Rotating Equipment (RCM / SME) for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, centrifugal & reciprocating compressors, steam & gas turbines); expertise in mechanical seals, API seal plans, gearboxes, fin fans, cooling towers, agitators & mixers; hands‑on participation in RCM workshops; strong understanding of RCM methodology as per SAE JA1011 and SAE JA1012;
applying RCM 7 key questions for failure analysis and maintenance planning; developing and optimizing preventive maintenance (PM) strategies to improve reliability and reduce costs; collaborating with operations & maintenance teams to ensure asset health and performance; conducting training sessions on RCM principles and maintenance best practices. Tools & Systems: RCM Software – GE APM Meridium, CMMS – SAP PM. Certification required: CMRP.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory); minimum 8+ years of relevant experience; experience in oil refinery / petrochemical / heavy industry projects preferred; strong hands‑on exposure to RCM implementation; proven ability in maintenance planning & reliability improvement.
