Structural Design Engineer (Civil & Electrical – OHTL) L1

We are hiring for two engineering positions related to Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects:
Electrical Design Engineer – Tower Design and Civil/Structural Design Engineer – Tower Foundation.

• Electrical Design Engineer – Design transmission line towers using PLS Tower.
• Prepare loading trees and load calculations (wind, conductor, insulator loads, etc.).
• Review and validate tower geometry and configurations.
• Coordinate with civil/structural teams for foundation inputs.
• Design calculations using MS Excel, MathCAD, and STAAD Pro.
• Civil/Structural Design Engineer – Design tower foundations for transmission line projects.
• Experience in foundation types such as pile/pier, pad & chimney, rock anchor foundations.
• Structural design calculations using MS Excel, MathCAD, and STAAD Pro.
• Coordinate with electrical team for load inputs.

• B.E. /
  
  B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering (Regular mode mandatory).
• M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering – added advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in OHTL / Transmission Line Projects.
• Strong hands‑on experience in tower design (electrical) and tower foundation design (civil – pile & open foundations).

• Mandatory: PLS Tower (for Electrical role).
• Strong command of MS Excel.
• Preferred: PLS-CADD, MathCAD, STAAD Pro, SP Column.

• Working knowledge of ACI 318 and ASCE 10-97.
