Position: Service Maintenance Expert (Infrastructure and Fleet)_Riyadh Bus (f/m/d)

For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Service & Maintenance Expert (Infrastructure and Fleet) (m/f/d).

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for transport infrastructure and bus fleet, including depots, civil assets, and associated systems
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure asset reliability, safety, and availability
  • Monitor and enforce contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with O&M contracts
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and condition assessments of infrastructure and fleet to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate with Bus Operations, TFM, and ITS teams to ensure integrated service delivery and minimal operational disruption
  • Support implementation and utilization of asset and maintenance management systems (CMMS/CAFM such as Maximo)
  • Analyze maintenance data and performance trends to drive continuous improvement and optimization of lifecycle costs
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, regulatory standards, and reporting obligations, including incident and risk management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance and asset management for transport infrastructure and/or bus fleet operations
  • Proven experience in O&M environments, including supervision of contractors and performance‑based contracts (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance practices and/or infrastructure maintenance (depots, civil works, MEP systems)
  • Experience with inspection regimes, condition assessments, and maintenance planning methodologies
  • Familiarity with asset management and maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo or equivalent CMMS tools)
  • Solid understanding of HSE standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills, with experience working in multi‑disciplinary and fast‑paced operational environments
