HSE Inspector

Hanmi Global Saudi is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HSE Inspector to support the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and environmental policies on site. The HSE Inspector will conduct regular inspections, monitor compliance, and assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel involved in our projects.

• Perform routine site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
• Identify potential safety hazards and report non-compliance or unsafe practices
• Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Facilitate HSE awareness and training sessions as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to safety inspections and incidents
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture
• Support the HSE management team in implementing continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years experience in HSE inspection or related roles within the construction or engineering industry
• Good understanding of local and international HSE standards and regulations
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are advantageous
