Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector Saudi National to join our site supervision team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site mechanical inspections of equipment, systems, and components to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical installations including piping, HVAC systems, and industrial machinery.
  • Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and potential issues during inspections.
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Verify that corrective actions are implemented effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspection.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as required.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all on-site activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven track record in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, gas, and fuel system inspections.
  • Previous experience in engineering consultancies is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and material specifications.
  • Strong proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques, quality control protocols, and industry compliance standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, and local Saudi codes).
  • Skilled in using inspection, documentation, and reporting tools/software.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing and the project lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
