Could you be the full‑time onsite RAMS Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia? We’re looking for someone to take on a new challenge and apply your RAMS expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You will work alongside collaborative and highly skilled teammates, ensuring the delivery of RAMS activities and related deliverables, contributing to safety, reliability and performance of our projects.
Responsibilities- Work closely with teams across engineering, project management and tender functions.
- Coordinate with Railway Safety and RAM stakeholders, defining safety and RAM requirements to meet Alstom’s high standards and policy goals.
- Define and deliver clearance of deliverables related to RAMS activities.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience or understanding of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) principles in the railway or similar industry.
- Familiarity with system engineering processes and lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality outputs.
- Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Work with cutting‑edge engineering tools and methodologies to ensure RAMS standards are met.
- Collaborate with transverse teams and colleagues, developing new skills and experiences.
