Reporting Manager; EOI

JASARA PMC is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for the role of Reporting Manager - Rail. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the reporting activities related to our rail projects, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and presentation to support strategic decision‑making. This role requires a strong understanding of the rail industry, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex reporting systems.

• Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive reports for rail projects
• Collaborate with project teams to identify reporting requirements and data sources specific to rail operations
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reporting outputs
• Analyze rail project data to provide insights and inform project performance and risk management
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to support stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate reporting activities across multiple teams and external partners as necessary
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in railway reporting and data management

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Transport, or a related field
• Total of 18 years experience in reporting or project management within the rail sector
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong understanding of rail industry operations, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver reports under tight deadlines
• Previous experience in managing or contributing to large‑scale rail infrastructure projects preferred
