Cloud Administrator; Azure​/Alibaba- Saudi National KSA

We are seeking a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support.

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments.
• Manage cloud resources – virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations.
• Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity and proactively address issues.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
• Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls.
• Assist in the administration of Forti Gate firewalls and Forti Switch infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Banking experience is plus.
• 3 5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud.
• Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services.
• Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
• Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly Forti Gate firewalls and/or Forti Switches.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
