We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction and MEP Engineering sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities- Execute Quantity Surveying (QS) and Material Take-Offs (MTO) for plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
- Review tender documents and prepare technical clarifications.
- Float RFQs and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Evaluate technical and commercial quotations from vendors.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for water supply, drainage, stormwater, sprinkler and firefighting systems.
- Develop detailed shop drawings and builders' work drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural disciplines to ensure clash-free execution.
- Hydraulic Calculations – Design validation for plumbing and firefighting networks.
- Fire Protection Engineering – Knowledge of NFPA standards and firefighting systems.
- Revit MEP – BIM modeling and quantity extraction.
- AutoCAD 2D/3D – Shop drawing and drafting preparation.
- Estimation & Tendering – BOQ, MTO, RFQ and vendor evaluation expertise.
- Experience in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia projects.
- Knowledge of CESMM4 and POMI measurement standards.
- BIM coordination and clash detection experience.
Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in Technical Office, Estimation, Tendering, or MEP Contracting environments. Experience handling plumbing and firefighting systems for GCC projects, especially Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred. Exposure to both engineering design and commercial estimation functions is essential.

B.Sc Mechanical) - Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering
