Job Overview
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (Plumbing & Firefighting) in the GCC region. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction and MEP Infrastructure sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities- Analyze consultant designs and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Lead estimation, costing, and tender preparation for large MEP projects.
- Negotiate technical and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
- Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Supervise BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, IPC, UPC, KFF, and GCC authority regulations.
- Coordinate regulatory approvals and project technical governance.
- Value Engineering – Cost optimization and alternative design solutions.
- Plumbing & Firefighting Design – Infrastructure and commercial projects.
- Tendering & Estimation – Multi‑million‑dollar project bidding.
- Revit MEP – Advanced BIM modeling and analysis.
- Navisworks Manage – Clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination.
- KFF Grade I Licensed Engineer status.
- GCC authority approval experience.
- Primavera P6 or MS Project exposure.
Candidates must possess 7–10 years of experience in MEP infrastructure or commercial contracting environments. Strong exposure to GCC markets, tendering, value engineering, and authority approvals is mandatory.
Education- Minimum: B.E./B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred:
Professional Engineering Registration (KSE/SCE) - Additional: KFF Grade I License or equivalent Civil Defense Accreditation
