We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure, civil engineering, and landscape development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design, technical reviews, site coordination, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the structural design and analysis of various construction and infrastructure projects.
- Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct structural assessments, site inspections, and technical evaluations.
- Provide engineering solutions to address design and construction challenges.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
- Review contractor submissions and provide technical recommendations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure structural integrity and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure design.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAP
2000, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD. - Experience with infrastructure, public realm, landscape, and site development projects.
- Familiarity with international design codes and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical expertise in structural engineering.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
