Electrical Engineer

Lead the shift maintenance team in his area to follow the implementation of the maintenance and preventive maintenance in addition to all other assigned tasks and ensure they all are executed in safe, good, and cost effective manner.

• The overall management of Quality, Costs, Service and People with the aid of technicians across all shifts.
• Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment within given engineering standards.
• Adhering to all technical problems within the area of responsibility and ensuring proper actions are identified and taken; supporting other area supervisors if needed.
• Ensuring all requirements of the safety policies are adhered to.
• Maintaining and implementing AIB standards.
• Identifying opportunities, supporting initiatives, and encouraging the team to improve production processes in conjunction with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety, or drive down costs.
• Ensuring spending is in line with the department budget and direct manager directions.
• Daily reporting of all shift activities.
• Implementing, sustaining and participating in the continual improvement of the OH & S Management System at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, Pepsi Co GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities and OH & S targets are achieved.

• Engineer in electrical, mechanical, electronic or instrumentation engineering with minimum three years industrial experience.
• Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification).
• Malfunctions and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Capable of organizing planned activities.
