Sales Assistant Engineer

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
• Provide technical information and product demonstrations to customers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Visiting Project’s Sites to make sure we are aligned with every progress

• Provide technical assistance to customers before, during, and after the sale.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions under the guidance of the sales account manager.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest lighting products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide technical Support to customers and to present samples, making mockup if required.

• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

• Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with order processing and inventory management.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of electrical products, power and controls
• Fresh, up to 2 years’ Experience in the lighting Field
• Excellent team player
• strong communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Reliable and hardworking
• Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Excellent time management/organizational skills with ability to meet important deadlines in a fast- paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Can be able to work on our ERP system following our rules
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
