Project Contracts Manager

The Project Contract Manager

is responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contract terms, minimizing contractual risks, and protecting the company’s rights and interests. The role involves contract administration, claims management, variation orders, coordination with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Review, analyze, and administer project contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and project specifications.
• Identify contractual risks and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders, claims, and contract amendments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and legal teams regarding contract-related matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Additional certification in Contracts Management, FIDIC, or Commercial Management is preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in contracts management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
• Local Contract experience in KSA is required
