Senior Electrical Engineer

Lead the design, review, and coordination of electrical systems on large-scale engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, ensuring that all electrical works meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

• Lead the design, specification, and coordination of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, ELV, and standby power systems
• Review and approve electrical engineering drawings, calculations, and submittals
• Coordinate with architects, other engineers (MEP, structural, civil), and project stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall designs
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and relevant codes
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and equipment in accordance with project specifications
• Participate in value engineering and technical workshops to optimize designs and cost‑efficiency
• Monitor and review the work of junior engineers and consultants, offering guidance and quality assurance
• Ensure designs adhere to international and local electrical codes and safety regulations
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and client presentations as required

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, with over 7 years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree (MSc) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, with over 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles, standards, and best practices
• Experience with building services and infrastructure projects, including commercial, residential, or industrial developments
