Senior MEP Engineer - Mission Critical Projects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join a leading international EPC contractor on a newly awarded multi-million-dollar mission critical project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a chance to play a key role in the delivery of one of the region's most technically challenging and high-profile developments, working alongside a world-class project team on a fast-track programme.
We are seeking ambitious and technically strong MEP professionals with a proven track record delivering complex building services packages for mission critical environments. Candidates may come from either a Mechanical or Electrical background but must possess strong contractor-side experience managing the full project lifecycle from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and handover.
Key Requirements- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience
- Extensive experience working for main contractors or EPC contractors.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination, construction delivery, testing and commissioning processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
- Previous project experience within the Middle East is essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Lead the delivery of MEP packages across a major mission critical project.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance of MEP works.
- Drive technical excellence and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 SAR per month
