Senior Planning Manager

Mace is providing programme and project management services across a portfolio of purpose built projects in KSA. The role requires strong hands on planning capability to build, maintain and interrogate detailed schedules and support programme reporting and controls.

• Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules in Primavera P6.
• Produce accurate updates, progress analysis, and recovery scenarios.
• Build and assure consistent Work Breakdown Structures.
• Deliver high-quality planning reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Support change control and assess programme impacts.
• Coordinate with teams, validate contractor schedules, and monitor milestones.

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of WBS, critical path, and schedule assurance.
• Skilled in reporting, dashboards, and project controls processes.
