Our client, a prestigious international multidisciplinary consultancy with a prominent presence in the Saudi market, is seeking an accomplished Lead Structural Engineer for site to manage construction of large-scale structural steel projects. This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned professional capable of bridging the gap between complex engineering design and on-site execution.

• Site Leadership:
  Lead the structural construction process for major, large-scale projects, with a primary focus on complex structural steel systems.
• Technical Oversight:
  Provide senior-level technical guidance to eon site teams, ensuring designs meet international standards and project specifications.
• Site Supervision:
  Act as the technical authority on-site, overseeing construction progress, ensuring quality control, and resolving complex engineering challenges in real-time.
• Project Management:
  Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural elements.
• Mentorship:
  Provide leadership and professional guidance to junior and intermediate engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Education:
  
  A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or a Master's degree (MSc) in Structural Engineering from a reputable, internationally recognized university.
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  15-20 years of progressive experience within the structural engineering sector, specifically focusing on large-scale, high-complexity structural steel projects.
• Regional Expertise:
  Mandatory: Proven track record of working on major projects within the Dubai/UAE market. You must possess a deep understanding of local authority regulations, building codes, and site conditions.
• Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of delivering high-profile projects from the design phase through to successful completion on-site.
• Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and lead site-based construction supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Expertise in structural steel detailing and fabrication processes.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex structural engineering problems.
