Engineer, HSE

We are looking for a talented Health & Safety Engineer to join us. • Develop, implement and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards and company requirements.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near-misses, prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental) or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical sector or related.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation and safety audits.

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent IOSH Managing Safely.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (minimum requirement).
• Additional relevant certifications are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic & English language.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
