Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of all utilities, power, telecom, and ICT infrastructure for King Salman International Airport.
* Develop and manage comprehensive design roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives and sustainability targets.
* Oversee all phases of the design lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to detailed engineering and technical specifications.
* Ensure strict compliance with international standards, local regulations, and operational requirements for all utility and ICT systems.
* Effectively manage internal teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated, efficient, and future-proofed solutions.
* Drive innovation by integrating smart technologies and best practices to optimize airport functionality, efficiency, and overall experience.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the design and delivery of large-scale utilities, power, telecom, and ICT infrastructure projects.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex infrastructure initiatives.
* In-depth understanding of international airport standards (e.g., ICAO, IATA) and best practices for critical infrastructure.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
