  • Responsibilities:Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems using advanced engineering software, ensuring compliance with local and international codes and standards to deliver safe and efficient structures.
  • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions that meet client specifications and project goals, enhancing project efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards while addressing any issues that arise in real-time.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and interns, providing guidance on technical skills and professional development to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, thereby facilitating informed decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural engineering, integrating new technologies and practices into projects to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and build strong relationships, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices within the organization, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Skills

    • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP
      2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro, essential for designing complex structures.
    • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety in all engineering designs.
    • Excellent project management skills, enabling effective coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
    • Strong communication skills, crucial for presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Expertise in materials science, allowing for informed decisions on material selection for structural integrity.
