• Execute assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of mechanical maintenance, corrective and preventive maintenance, and engineering–related work in a safe, efficient and cost‑effective manner within schedule.
• Perform assigned work orders and tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Identify the root causes of major and recurring problems.
• Respond to technical problems within the assigned area and ensure proper actions are taken.
• Solve technical problems, identify required actions and parts, including knowledge of spare‑parts availability and critical parts.
• Maintain daily contact with direct managers, peers and supervisors.
• Decide on utilisation of spare parts, corrective and preventive actions for breakdowns.
• Execute maintenance schedules and plans to keep plant equipment within engineering standards.
• Achieve and maintain line availability (technical efficiency) and equipment readiness.
• Ensure proper controls for hazards and risks and meet EHS targets.
• Operate equipment related to utilities sections.
• Supervise contracted labour during maintenance activities and enforce safety and company standards.
• Perform required daily parameter readings and monitoring as directed by the supervisor.
• Daily report all shift activities.
• Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve production processes, quality, productivity, safety or cost in coordination with production personnel.
• Support implementation of the site maintenance and reliability M&R strategy to achieve world‑class status.
• Execute actions related to PEMM tool and MIAP.
• Support implementation of reliability engineering tools and techniques to meet maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Execute continuous improvement CI initiatives and failure analysis techniques (root‑cause analysis).
• Attend maintenance forum meetings to share performance, best practices, challenges and achievements.
• Maintain and implement AIB standards.
• Maintain accurate SAP‑PM records and updates for all assigned work orders.
• Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards.
• Implement and sustain continual improvement of the EHS management system, ensuring hazard controls and EHS targets are achieved.

• Minimum 2 years industrial experience.
• Hands‑on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, thermal and hydraulic machines, HVAC systems, rotating and conveying mechanisms.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting equipment.

• Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions and technical issues.
• Lead modifications and small projects.
• Execute planned activities.
• Perform mechanical works independently.
• Team player with good collaboration and communication skills.
• Leadership skills, support and motivate others and interact with different departments.
• Flexible to changes and willing to accept new ideas.
• Analytical thinker.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for requested parts and works with RFQ.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Mechanical safety standards awareness.
• Maintenance planning and execution system.
• Read and understand plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings.
• Knowledge of operating and automation systems.
• Technical knowledge for refrigeration, plant cooling system, troubleshooting (especially for AC technicians).
• Knowledge of CMMS (preferred).
• Good command of English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of quality and food safety QFS systems and policies.
• Knowledge of EHS systems and policies.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Basic electro‑mechanical works ability independently.
• General knowledge and ability to use computers (MS Office applications).
