Commissioning Engineer - Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) professional to join our commissioning team.

• Manage the commissioning activities of various building construction and infrastructure projects throughout the design, construction, and warranty phases.
• Serve as the lead commissioning authority, performing commissioning tasks and responsibilities as outlined in the CIBSE Commissioning Manuals and ASHRAE Commissioning Guideline.
• Provide technical expertise by reviewing contractors’ plans, procedures, and logic sequences.
• Anticipate issues based on past testing and commissioning experience and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Venue key testing hold points and maintain a dashboard of progress on site for different stages of testing required for Green Building Certification systems such as LEED, Estidama, Mostadam, and GSAS.
• Coordinate with numerous Design and Build packages, including civil and MEP facilities, to bring all project interfaces together as an integrated system.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 13–15 years of experience as an Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) / Commissioning Authority (CxA) on numerous LEED or other Green Building Projects.
• Commissioning certification from ASHRAE BCxP, AABC, ACO, AEE or NEBB.
• Experience with new and existing building retrofits, covering all project stages:
  Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender, Construction, Close‑out, Warranty, and Operational.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegate tasks, and pay strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff, clients, and contractors across multiple disciplines.
