Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect civil works related to OHTL projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings. Review and implement quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures. Conduct inspections for excavation, foundations, concrete works, and tower foundations. Prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action reports. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality matters. Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Maintain quality records and project documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience. Direct experience in OHTL (Overhead Transmission Line) projects is mandatory. Experience in EPC Power Transmission projects. Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory. Experience in transmission line foundations, excavation, concrete works, and tower foundations. Familiar with SEC/National Grid standards and specifications. Strong knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, Material Inspection Requests (MIR), and quality documentation.
Experience in site inspections, quality audits, and compliance monitoring. Strong communication and reporting skills. Transferable Iqama preferred.
