- Supervising
HVAC installation and ducting works - Reviewing
HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications - Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and contractors
- Monitoring
duct fabrication, installation, insulation, and testing activities - Overseeing the installation of
AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, and air conditioning equipment - Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring work stays on schedule
- Preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation
- Ensuring all work meets
quality and safety requirements - Supporting
testing, balancing, and commissioning activities
- Commercial and residential building projects
- High-rise construction and MEP projects
- HVAC duct fabrication and installation
- Chilled water and ventilation systems
- Testing, balancing, and commissioning activities
- Site supervision and project coordination
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Experience as an
HVAC Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in MEP projects - Strong understanding of
HVAC systems, air conditioning systems, and ducting installation - Ability to read and understand
mechanical drawings and technical documents - Good knowledge of HVAC standards and industry practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD and MS Office will be an advantage
