Engineering Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a proactive Engineering Policies, Standards and Guidelines Engineer to enhance our engineering processes and ensure compliance with established standards. In this role, you will focus on the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of robust engineering policies and guidelines that will underlie our commitment to excellence in project delivery.

• Develop and update engineering policies, standards, and guidelines to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough reviews of current policies to ensure they meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers and industry experts, to gather input on policy formation and updates
• Analyze domestic and international engineering standards and integrate relevant practices into organizational policies
• Monitor compliance with engineering policies and provide support in training sessions to promote adherence
• Act as a liaison to regulatory authorities to ensure alignment of standards and facilitate necessary approvals

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in engineering policy development and compliance

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in technical documentation and report writing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
