Position Overview
Quality and HSEQ Manager - Luxury Mixed-Use Development Riyadh. Mace is looking for an experienced Quality and HSEQ Manager to join our project management consultancy team for a major luxury mixed‑use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability across all phases of the project while supporting handovers and operational excellence.

- Develop and maintain templates, workflows, and short‑term planning for project deliverables and reporting.
- Identify scope gaps, manage risks, and ensure compliance with worker welfare standards.
- Review and administer contract changes, including draft change requests.
- Validate supply chain progress and manage tender queries and RFIs.
- Prepare project handover plans and oversee parcel handovers, permits, and necessary approvals.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance plans, control manuals, and compliance benchmarks.
- Approve mock‑ups, quality hold points, and benchmark schedules.
- Oversee non‑conformance reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory permits.
- Generate HSEQ reports, offering proactive risk management and improvement recommendations.
- Gather lessons learned and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
- Support sustainability objectives by implementing strategies to reduce carbon emissions and align with net zero transition goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
- Significant experience in quality assurance, HSEQ, and risk management on high‑value projects.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, compliance standards, and auditing procedures.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively across all levels.
- Previous experience in the Middle East and eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
