Position Overview:

Parsons is hiring an experienced Façade Manager in Dubai to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of innovative façade systems across a landmark high‑rise and mixed‑use development. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with architectural vision, technical integrity, and sustainability standards.

• Lead façade system design including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, and sunshades.
• Drive integration with architecture, structure, MEP, and fire safety teams.
• Evaluate façade materials, thermal and structural performance, and wind loading.
• Manage façade submittals, shop drawings, and performance mock‑ups.
• Coordinate façade installation methods, risk controls, and compliance to local/international codes.
• Conduct technical reviews, value engineering sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Oversee vendor coordination and ensure quality assurance during construction phase.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of façade experience in high‑rise and mega‑project environments.
• Expertise in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and FEM software.
• Strong knowledge of façade testing (ASTM, CWCT, NFPA 285).
• Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Excellent technical writing, review, and stakeholder communication skills.
