Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
* Investigate all HSE incidents, accidents, and near misses, proposing corrective actions.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters.
* Prepare and maintain detailed HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
* Lead and facilitate HSE training programs for employees and contractors.## Requirements
* Proven experience as an HSE Manager, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
* Possession of relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations.
