Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 120000 SAR Yearly SAR 120000.00 YEAR

Monitor system status, perform daily rounds, record readings, and ensure utilities remain within required operating limits.

Perform scheduled maintenance on pumps, boilers, chillers, HVAC units, water systems, compressors, and other equipment related to utilities.

Conduct repairs and corrective maintenance on utility equipment.

Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ).

Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and logbooks as per cGMP documentation standards.

Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.

Operate and maintain Clean utilities equipment like purified water, Water for Injection (WFI), pure steam, process compressed air.

Operate and maintain Plant utilities: boilers, chillers, HVAC, plant steam, wastewater systems, domestic water, and related pumps, valves, tanks, and piping.

Facility support equipment: air handlers, compressors, blowers, motors, drives, and control systems.

Repairing and overhauling mechanical equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, blowers, fans, valves, and drives.

Support electrical or controls work in some roles, including sensors, motors, PLC-related troubleshooting, actuators, breakers, and instrumentation.

Support in startup, commissioning, calibration, validation, and engineering changes for new or modified equipment.

Respond to urgent maintenance calls and minimize downtime for production.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures in a pharmaceutical environment.

Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and proper storage of components.

Work closely with production, QA, and engineering staff to support smooth plant operations.

Job Requirements

Experience:

5+ years of experience in related work.
