Senior HSE Engineer Construction & Energy

HSE Coordinator – Multiple Locations (Saudi Arabia)

Responsible for implementing, monitoring and enforcing HSE plans and procedures across projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local regulations, client requirements and international standards.

• Develop and implement project‑specific HSE plans and safety programs.
• Coordinate installation, hookup and construction activities in accordance with approved designs.
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits and safety investigations.
• Lead safety training, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HSE performance metrics and reporting.

• 5–10 years of progressive HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) and solid knowledge of Saudi regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Locations:
Dammam, Khobar, Eastern Province, Riyadh.

Lead the implementation of HSE management systems for large infrastructure projects and oversee the development of a risk‑based safety culture.

• Establish and maintain HSE policies, procedures and training programs.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Supervise civil construction activities, excavation, foundations and structural work.
• Develop and review lifting plans and equipment oversight.
• Analyze safety data and provide recommendations for improvement.

• 10–15 years of HSE experience in construction and/or energy sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field.
• HSE certification and knowledge of KSA regulations and ARAMCO safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and analytical capabilities.

Location:

Riyadh.

Manage quality control and assurance for asphalt road construction projects.

• Develop and execute QA/QC plans and method statements.
• Inspect materials, workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Review construction documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
• Produce quality reports and support client and regulatory audits.

• At least 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in road or asphalt work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of asphalt technology and industry standards.
