About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior BIM Modeler to develop, coordinate, and manage high‑quality BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role involves ensuring accurate model delivery, compliance with BIM standards and project requirements, and effective coordination between multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high‑quality BIM models for Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines using Revit.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and support clash.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project requirements.
- Generate accurate drawings, sections, details, and BIM deliverables from coordinated models.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support QA/QC activities and maintain model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Modelers while promoting BIM best practices.
- Proven experience in BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Solid understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and model management.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
